How to view the transaction details on the activity page?

  • On the top of the page, click on activity.
  • You need to specify the search criteria on the activity page:
  1. Select Payouts to check all the transactions. 
  2. Or you can specify the date range.

Viewing the transaction details


You need to follow the steps given below to view the transaction details on your account. 


  • You need to click on the transaction log in the list of the transaction on the activity page to view a particular transaction. 
  • You need to click on the view details on the mass payment details page to open the BatchLog.txt dialogue box. 
  • You need to open the log or save it to a file. 


You will also be able to see the activity log error and reason codes on the transaction activity log error and reason code. For example -

  • Reason code 400, Code Error - item already canceled, and description - requested item canceled already.
  • Reason code 400, Code Error - Item cancellation failed, and description -  requested item canceled already.
  • Reason code 1000, Code Error - undefined, description - while processing the payment request the error has occurred. You need to resend the request in a few minutes or make a new request.
